“The property itself was clean and as advertised, but was still smaller than anticipated. We had to store our empty suitcase in our car because there is no room. There is no privacy if you use the porch and upper deck which was annoying. The neighbors are so close you can hear each other’s conversations and you could probably touch each other if you reached out. That’s how close the units are to each other. “We loved everything about this adorable cottage! It was well stocked and had lovely decor. There are four bedrooms and a fenced in yard for dogs. The screened porch is prefect for morning coffee and listening to the birds. There is privacy all around and in such a great location.”

“Will's Hideaway is so peaceful and quiet, yet convenient to any thing in Hatteras Village. We were in the village to work on the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and it took no more than 5 minutes to get to work. Cottage has everything you need, including a wonderful view from the deck.”

“I’m not one to normally complain, but when you are spending this much money on a home for a week, you should know what you’re getting. If you’re alone or don’t plan on spending much time in the house it’s great, don’t have back problems, or asthma it’s great. The house is older so it’s drafty and A LOT of the moisture gets in causing mildew/ moldy air ducts and for me personally it’s difficult to breathe in that air quality, the beds made me feel about 30 years older and the bathrooms are usable...

“Carport was flooded the entire stay. Icemaker didnt work. There were knick knacks all over gave house a crowded feeling. Closets had no doors and there was useless furniture in closets and rooms again giving crowded feeling.”
