“Staff was wonderful and the rooms were decorated wonderfully. We were here over a holiday so it was quite loud. So much so that we had to use noise canceling headphones to sleep, but the second night was much quieter. Coffee shop was great. Would recommend the yuzu cold brew”

“The staff were lovely. My partner and I enjoyed the beautiful covered outdoor space. It is located on a very quiet alleyway in a convenient part of town. The rooms were clean, and the shared bathroom was large enough that we never had to wait for anything. The A/C worked great. The included breakfasts were delicious! The walls are very thin so we were able to hear everything going on in the room beside us. Overall, we would stay again and recommend for up to a week.”

“This place was great. It felt very quiet even though you are in the middle of the city. We found the location to be great. The breakfast was really good and served in the courtyard. Staff was very friendly. The bed is a little hard and the shower didn’t stay on but other wise we enjoyed our room. The best part is that we were able to leave our bags there after checking out and after touring the hot city all day they gave us towels and let us take showers. So convenient! ”

“The rooms are lovely and spacious. Staff excellent. There are no food options on site but the Khao San Road is only 5/10 min walk so it’s easy to find food there. ”

“Staff is so helpful. I did an early check out and they even prepared a special breakfast for me. The first day normal breakfast was really nice. Bed was clean, but shower room need some improvements, cleaning and fixing. Water was nicely hot. Please use a professional soap dispenser. One that cannot be open by anyone, with a locking system. It doesn't make sense to invest in an expensive shower head if then you don't maintain it. Please put a new one and if you don't like to clean it just buy...
