“I loved the location and beautiful hotel. I do not like that you had to use pay to use the pool which should be free to swim. I was dissatisfied with that. It should not be a spa service to swim. ”

“The spa was amazing! I enjoyed the massage, and my 11 y old child enjoyed the pool. I couldn’t get a reservation for massage on 2 days out of 3 days I stayed so I recommend to book as soon as you know your schedule. The locker room was clean, the pool was not crowded, the view was excellent, and the workers were very kind and friendly. ”

“Wow amazing choice of beauty products at reception. Easy and self check in and out. Cleaning when request or just change towel. Big hotel with rooms all the same basically with all you need. Good for work in Big Sight Tokyo. I would go back as metro is near and around the area there are few supermarkets and couple of bars.”

“Pro: hotel is huge and really beautiful; room was great with everything we needed and staff was very kind and professional; taxis are just outside the hotel and the metro is 5 minutes by feet. Cons: it's far from places for young people like Shibuya, so if you plan to stay out over midnight you'll have to catch a taxi to get back, which may get quite expensive (from 15€ to 40€ in my experience); wifi in room is not free.”

“There are elevators that bring the guests to all floors (Expedia incorrectly listed it has having no elevators). Food selection for the breakfast buffet was great, menu alternates every other day. Our room was spacious & clean. Staff was courteous. This will be our default hotel when we visit again.”

“Room service is on every 3rd day of your stay. We stayed there for 5 nights so we got 1 room service, and they did an amazing job. Our location was about an additional 2 mins walk to a nearest station than average but we know that coming in. Our family of 4 fitted cozy in that apartment, it was a nice experience.”
