“Pedals goes above and beyond what you see in the pictures. Everything about this place is exceptional! The craftsmanship and quality is seen and felt throughout the property. Great location on the water in walking distance to restaurants, museums, parks, and to day cruises. I would recommend the cruise club, it's only a short walk from Pedals. The service is second to none! San was are host and I can't say enough about the quality of service she provided, Thank you, San. It was nice to get...

“Wow amazing choice of beauty products at reception. Easy and self check in and out. Cleaning when request or just change towel. Big hotel with rooms all the same basically with all you need. Good for work in Big Sight Tokyo. I would go back as metro is near and around the area there are few supermarkets and couple of bars.”

However, even the front desk staff didn’t know whether breakfast was included in the reservation or not.
Despite it not being a standard room, the experience from the very first day of stay wasn’t particularly pleasant.
It seems they really need more careful and thorough staff training. ”
