NatureVilla & Pool - near V.N. Milfontes/Sao Luis

Experience relaxation and peace with family and friends in one of the most beautiful places in Europe, the Costa Vicentina Nature Park on the Atlantic coast. Surrounded by cork oaks and olive trees, this lovingly renovated villa in Portuguese style is located on a 3 hectare plot. The spacious main house for up to 7 adults has four bedrooms (3 double rooms and 1 single room) and two bathrooms with shower/toilet, a spacious living and dining area with gallery and fireplace, an open kitchen in country house style, a shady terrace and a separate area with a pool.

The annex house can be booked if required and offers another two bedrooms and a bathroom for up to 4 additional people. The annex house is only available on request and is usually used for washing laundry. Its uninhabited and there are no other guests.

The house is in a secluded location. The entire property and the pool are only used by you and your privacy is protected. The villa is fully furnished. Towels, beach towels and bed linen are included.

Your holiday home is very quietly located on the hillside with a view of the valley.

Below the mountain, around 150 meters away, is the small holiday home of Monte Labarito.

The property is surrounded by fragrant eucalyptus forests, cork oaks and olive trees in the middle of the wild and romantic Alentejo. The next largest towns are Reliquias and Sao Luis, where there are some good restaurants. The district town of Odemira offers all kinds of shopping opportunities, as does the popular seaside resort of Vila Nova de Milfontes.

Enjoy the sun and the relaxing sea climate on long walks on the Rota Vicentina along the deserted sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast. Explore beautiful, secluded bays and discover the typical Portuguese villages with their friendly people. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Algarve, you can feel the original Portugal here.

Es war wundervoll...

Das Haus der der Traum. Es ist alles so schön dort, so liebevoll eingerichtet, dass man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen kann. Die Betten sind herrlich ( sehr wichtig, gute Matratzen) und die Bettwäsche auch. Die offene Küche und die Terrasse auf der man den ganzen Tag verbringen kann sind super schön gestaltet, ebenso wie der Garten samt Pool. Zum Meer braucht man ungefähr 30 Minuten, oder länger, je nachdem wo man hinwill. Wir haben es aber erstaunlich wenig vermisst, wenn wir nicht jeden Tag da waren, weil der Ort einfach so schön ist und man da sofort komplett tiefenentspannt. Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit und werden sicher noch mal wieder kommen. Danke

Formidable séjour. La maison est juste parfaite : calme, agencée avec goût, rien ne manque. Le contact avec Bérénice et Ingo a aussi été parfait, ils ont été des hôtes charmants.

Top Haus, Top Service

Das Haus und Grundstück sind sehr schön und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Sogar noch schöner als aus den Bildern hervorgeht. An Ausstattung ist alles da, was man sich wünschen kann. Sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während des Aufenthalts haben uns die Vermieter ausgezeichnet mit Informationen versorgt und es gab jederzeit einen erreichbaren Ansprechpartner. Fragen wie "Wo steht der Hochstuhl?" wurden unkompliziert und schnell über WhatsApp geklärt. Die Lage ist etwas abseits und dadurch sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 20 Minuten entfernt, daher empfiehlt es sich Einkäufe wenigstens auf ein paar Tage zu planen. Man bekommt dort aber alles was man auch nur brauchen kann. Insgesamt eine sehr tolle Erfahrung. Mit dem super Service meine mit Abstand beste Mieterfahrung bisher. Jederzeit wieder!

Very nice stay in a quiet place

The property has everything you need and it is a quiet place perfect to relax. Communication with the host was always quick and easy, any request was handled almost real time. A perfect place to stay with the family and visit the surroundings.

A casa, e a propriedade no geral, para além de não poder ser mais bonita, é perfeita para umas férias relaxantes. É espaçosa, bem apetrechada, limpa e longe do bulício. Vai-nos deixar muitas saudades. A simpatia da proprietária, da Kathrin e do Alex também não passaram despercebidos. Foi tudo fantástico. Adoraríamos voltar!!

Beautiful and peaceful place

The house is located in a hilltop, isolated from other houses. It is amazingly quite. In clear nights, there is a wonderful view of the starry sky. We were seven, six adults and a baby, and we stayed for a full week. We had a great time. The house is decorated nicely. The owner responded promptly to our requests, as did Katrin and Alex. The place is ideal to rest, chat with family and friends, immerse in the small pool, read, eat, and relax.

Sehr ruhig gelegen

Wer ungestört urlaub verbringen will kann hier bedenkenlos hinfahren. Das haus ist gut im schuss und bietet alles was man braucht. Die agentur und alles ist sehr vertrauenswürdig und empfehlenswert. Wir kannten uns im alentejo bereits ein wenig aus und wussten daher auch, dass man z.b. Wasser sparen soll usw. Wer entspannen will und abseits der belebten strände sein möchte ist hier richtig. Trotzdem sind die strände (milfontes oder zambujeira) innerhalb 30-40 minuten erreichbar. Wer wärmer baden möchte ist auch in ca. 50 min. Am santa clara stausee

Wunderschönes Traumhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Das Haus ist ein kleines Paradies. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich direkt wohl. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick ist einzigartig, die Einrichtung wunderschön, die Ausstattung perfekt. Wir haben uns alle- Erwachsene, Kleinkind und Baby- gefühlt, wie zuhause und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Berenices Unterkunft. Es war perfekt! Liebe Berenice, vielen Dank, dass wir in Deinem Haus eine so schöne Zeit verbringen durften! Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick ins Gebirge

Wir haben zwei Wochen unserer Elternzeit mit unserer kleinen Tochter (11 M.) in Berenices wunderschönem Haus auf dem Monte Labarito verbracht und unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und schön dekoriert. Der Terrassenbereich ist toll angelegt mit traumhaftem Blick in Gebirge. Wenn man Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Berenice ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat sich zusammen mit ihren Helfern vor Ort super um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank, liebe Berenice, wir kommen gerne wieder!

The true nature of Portugal

A lovely quiet location and it was an absolute delight to have stayed at this lovely house. We both had a lovely relaxing time and our privacy was fully respected throughout the whole stay and we both managed to regenerate our batteries away from our normal working lives hence why we choose this location for this purpose. The mornings and evenings were very special watching the sun rise and sun set over the rolling hills which were surprising green for the time of year we stayed. The night sky not influenced by artificial light bring the stars to there full glory. Simply a great setting of the true nature that Portugal has to offer. The house itself was fully equipped and nothing was missing what so ever and we personally cannot think of anything that should be considered as an additional requirement. Very clean, good beds and bedding with full utilities and accessories at hand. One can see the personal touch that the owner wishes for the well being of her guests and has gone to great lengths to provide this. Also communication between the owner and ourselves was was good and very informative. Shopping is approximately a 20 minute drive and the main supermarkets in Odemira have all to offer and we cooperated this with out trips out. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing location and no stress then I would recommend this house to anyone who fits into this category. Thank you Berenice

Splendide maison, tranquille, et très bon pied-à-terre pour découvrir le Portugal

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison. L'intérieur et l'extérieur sont magnifiques. A l'intérieur, on trouve tout l'équipement nécessaire. L'aménagement et la décoration est de très bon goût. A l'extérieur, le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Il y plusieurs petits coins aménagés où on se sent bien. Du haut de la colline, la vue est belle. Cette maison est un très bon pied-à-terre pour découvrir le Portugal : - On était à une bonne demi-heure de l'océan. Villa Nova de Milfontes est une belle petite ville de bord de mer. La plage d'Almograve est juste magnifique ! - Lisbonne est à deux heures. - Lagos est à 1h30, ... Après ces visites à Lisbonne, Sintra, cap de Saint-Vincent, ... On était content de retrouver le calme de Monte Labarito, la piscine, ...

Monte Labarito - Mit Sicherheit einzigartig

Die Haus und dessen Ausstattung sind vollends durchdacht. Viele kleine Details machen den Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis. Der Sonnenaufgang ist ein Traum. Auch die Wanderwege sind ideal zum Laufen oder Wandern. Einfach spitze!

A truly restful holiday

A very quiet house in a typical Monte Alentejano, so well kept. Comfortable with all you need to spend a restful holiday if you are looking for a space that feels remote but it's within reasonable traveling distance from the beach and southern Portugal. Definitely recommend it and hope to come back. Perfect for a family of 8 and we found June a good month as it's not too hot. Thank you Berenice for sharing this lovely property. We miss it already.
