Wonderful hotel
Wonderful hotel. Staff was fantastic - very friendly and attentive. Nice accommodations. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Good location. Breakfast was great.

Secret Gem on the Black Sea
The Hotel Panorama is simply excellent. It’s so good, I don’t really want anyone else to know about it. Lovely setting, amazing views over the Black Sea. Quite exclusive. Only thirty three rooms. The pool was hardly ever busy. Very helpful staff. I can’t name them all but I can mention Natalie, restaurant manager, and ladies in reception like Anecka and Inna. Breakfasts were excellent. Our room was great. It’s all good. Nothing bad to say.

Все замечательно за исключением одного момента. Когда на завтраке попросил официанта принести кофе, он предложил мне это сделать самому, т.к. «у него уже есть 4 заказа».... Для такого уровня отеля это недоработка обслуживающего персонала.

Great Little Hotel for couples
We came back for our second stay. Went to a different 5 star after the first stay and it just wasnt as good. Great staff, gave us free late check out. Spa is good. Food is great. Good location even though the road leading up to it quite bad.

Amazing stay. Staff is great. Food is amazing especially the fish. Only downside no in door swimming pool. Stayed twice. Would definitely book again

I traveled off season, so it was very quiet, nonetheless all facilities were spotless, food was very good and the spa with sauna very clean and new. Overall a great experience

Great hotel
A beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I could fault was it is a little out of the city of Odessa - they could easily overcome this with a hotel shuttle service.

Not 5 star or even close
The check in was difficult, they thought I was someone else. Because they were quiet, the service and facilities were very poor.. no pool towels or cushions. Also because they were quiet no buffet breakfast, order from waiter... I had to go looking for more coffee . Although close to beach it is not in a good spot whatsoever for places of interest. If you have trouble with up hills, do not go to the beach , a big climb up . The manager showed absolutely no discretion when I needed to add a night due to flight problems... all in all very disappointing

The road to the sea around 7 minutes, there are steps, but it's very close from the hotel. Our guests can have coffee anytime in restaurant (24 hours). Excellent location for exploring Odessa
This is an excellent hotel, with good breakfast and a decent if slightly pricey restaurant. First Wi-Fi and has exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is good both for the business and leisure traveller within reasonable walking distance from the city centre and key monuments and short walk from beaches and parkland. It's also right on the line 5 tram line making it easy to get to Arcadia nightlife or into the city. If you're arriving by train or traveling onward by train it's also a short walk to the main Odessa train station.
