“Pool and hot tub were closed and we weren’t notified until we arrived at the hotel, this was a huge disappointment since this is one of the main things my family enjoys on trips like this. I would have booked a different hotel if I had known this.”

“Clean room and for extra pillows, friendly staff, hot breakfast, check out 12 noon which is nice for us people who like to sleep in a bit. Didn’t go in the hot tub but it looked nice. Will stay there again.”

“Even without a kitchen, you have other restaurants near by too go somewhere else to eat. ”

“Nice staff. Hot tub was cold so couldn’t use it which was extremely disappointing since we came from 4 hours away. Hot water in the shower lasted for about 3 minutes before it started going cold. Couldn’t get the wifi to work on all 3 devices we had. It kept saying technical difficulties. Because of all that I wouldn’t stay here again”

“Hotel at Easy reach with reasonable price and comfortable. Some problems with the shower,too hot. Perso nel efficient and responding. Good solution among many motels in the area”

“The room was clean and the bed was incredibly soft with hot water for the jetted tub and the rooms were quiet and the air for the room is not thermostat controlled which allowed for good background noise. ”

“Breakfast was excellent. Staff “Pat” was always pleasant, friendly and helpful. There was construction going on but it didn’t bother us. Front desk Jessyca was great. It’s our second stay. ”

“Reasonable breakfast options, room is spacious . But some kind of bad smell ( not smoking) . Parking is good . Staff is very friendly. ”

“Absolutely loved this hotel! The pool was great, the breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. The Old Spaghetti Factory is in walking distance, stopped here with all my grandchildren. And I felt very safe and comfortable. ”

“ Sure would have been nice to have been informed that a giant convention of little league baseball players would be swarming the hotel. We got a complaint call from the front desk because our tv was too loud...it's because we couldn't hear it over the elephants stomping over our heads or the loud house party happening in the courtyard outside our window or the hordes of children swimming in the pool well until 11:30. Not cool at all.”

“Clean room! Nice Staff! Breakfast was pretty good for free - nothing crazy. Parking was tight but doable. Less than a 10 minute walk to light rail was the best part in my opinion due to visiting for an event downtown Seattle ”
