“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“We checked in around 1am on Friday/Saturday March 20/21. The first impression with the front desk agent was poor. She wasn’t pleasant. Her face showed like she didn’t care. No smile. It’s really not difficult to be pleasant and it is expected at a higher end hotel to receive at least better than average service. She was doing some paperwork and honestly seemed put off by us. “We stayed at this property for one night and reserved two rooms. Unfortunately, one of the rooms we were given had not been cleaned at all. There were no pillowcases on the bed, the pillows were left on the floor, and the curtains were wide open as if the room had just been vacated. There was trash still in the trash can, and the bathroom had clearly been used multiple times and not serviced.
