“My family enjoyed our stay at BWP Ogalalla, overall. I was informed at check in that the elevator was out of order, and given a choice of the 2nd or 3rd floor. It wasn’t a big deal to my family, as we simply had our light overnight bags. But if we had been carrying big roller bags, this would have been a major inconvenience.
