NEW Listing more info coming. Fence Private Back. A lot of things are NEW from the furniture to appliances to the door knobs to the light fixtures. TWO family Rooms, Four TV's with Roku. This is the ideal family/friend Townhome to enjoy quality time in. From the large spacious kitchen/gathering room and big family table. This has the amenities of a 5 Star hotel with all the homey features. This property is close to Pine View, Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, and local hiking trails.

Great home for family stay

Three level 4-plex offered two beds, bath and laundry on upper floor, kitchen, family and 1/2 bath on main floor. Basement was bedroom with twin size and a queen size beds, full bath and family room. Location was great and kept quiet. Just enjoyed our stay

Great unit, perfect for getting around northern Utah.

Good space, lots of room, we enjoyed the open grass area at the unit as well as across the street. Worked out perfect, we will stay again.

Excellent choice for my family!

The property is exactly as described. The pictures do not do it justice for the upgrades mentioned in the listing. This place exceeded our expectations. The place gave our family of 5 the space we needed to relax, have our own space and gather.

The condo was really nice. I really didn't need such a big place but it was cheaper than a local hotel and it was super close to where I was visiting. It was well stocked with toiletries, linens and the kitchen was ready to go, though I didn't use it at all. Overall it was a great property, was really quiet, and very peaceful. The parking spot was my only complaint. There was a car directly parked from it so it made it very difficult to park in the assigned stall. especially my larger rental car. So I just parked out on the street which was fine. I recommend this property if you are staying in Layton UT.

Great convenient place!

We stayed here versus staying at our parents’ homes (great choice) and we were very happy. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable for our family. Each child had his or her own bed and it gave us a place to get away from family when needed. Thank you very much!

Better than the pics- and amazing hosts

I would like to say Mike and Jeni have done an outstanding job of making this VRBO feel like a home. I'm a travel agent and travel quite a bit, I know VRBOs can be the luck of the draw at times...this place exceeded our expectations. It has a well equipped kitchen, nice sized table, separate living spaces that come in handy when traveling with teenagers and grumpy grandpas. I did ding a little on the cleanliness, not because it wasn't clean but rather as a property that allows animals it does show the signs of use, and a little wear and tear. Also the downstairs bed was not made when we checked in. Not a big deal for us, we easily found the bedding in the dryer upstairs. What really made the visit memorable was the amazing hospitality of the hosts. Thanks again Mike and Jeni- we hope to stay with you again.

Incredible experience!!!

We had a very last minute need for lodging to attend a family funeral. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us! They were easy to communicate with as well. The townhouse was clean and well stocked. In our downtime we comfortably watched movies in the living room and we were pleased to have access to NetFlix, Hulu and several other options as well. I highly recommend staying here!
