“Friendly staff”

“The property has a lot offer in summer. We went during winter. Rooms are falling apart, dirty and more. Staff wasn't friendly. There no breakfast included as advertised. During summer yes. An updated web site would have been nice. I would have stayed at another one. Price for my stay was rediculous seeing as it was regular rate for summer. Never again. We found nicer places for less after so next time will stay somewhere else that will have breakfast included no matter the season”

“Very clean. 4 out of our 5 rooms were renovated I’m sure they’re still working on that. Staff very courteous and accommodating. ”

“Great and friendly staff. Missed having a desk and desk chair in the room. Also, I can never understand when room Is remodeled like this one why they install low toilets. We missed at our age having the taller toilets. ”

“The cabin and setting are just beautiful! I wish we would have had more time there! (next time!). We had our dog with us and she fell in love with the owner's dog Lou. The ran themselves silly! Very comfortable and well appointed in every way!”

“L'hotel è molto pulito e la camera era letteralmente enorme! La posizione ottima vicino a tantissimi locali e il parcheggio è sempre disponibile. La colazione per me è stata discreta perché almeno i pancake me li sarei aspettati in un hotel americano. Ad ogni modo lo consiglio per tutti quelli che intendano soggiornare a Potsdam.”
