“Very disappointing stay. Check-in was listed as 2 PM but we were told 4 PM and had to wait in the parking lot for nearly two hours. The first room was dirty with unmade beds, and the second room was also poorly cleaned (dirty bathroom, wrinkled sheets, surfaces not properly cleaned). The steps to the parking area were also a fall hazard. The only positive was the kind check-in staff, but overall cleanliness, safety, and communication were unacceptable. Would not return.”
