“気になったのが、本館と別館の連絡通路に関してです。 本館と別館のエレベーター内に3階の連絡通路が閉まっている時は、その旨張り紙などで伝達して頂きたいと思います。 あとはお風呂の脱衣所やエレベーター前にタオルやバスタオルを返す箱があれば、より便利になるかと思いました。”

“佐賀駅から徒歩で20分未満で到着します。歩くには少し遠いですが交通機関を使うほどでは有りません。入口がちょっとわかりづらいですがとても快適に利用出来ました。”

“Old fashioned Japanese hotel, but clean environment. Free coffee on arrival and light breakfast was offered. Open air onsen was very nice Only issue was, there was no toilet inside the room which things a bit interesting at night when the human nature was calling. Otherwise lovely hotel with friendly staff”

“We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities. “Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort.
