This four-bedroom, two two-bath home has been refreshed and fully equipped and is ready to host your next vacation in Ogunquit, Maine.

The Space:
Welcome to Ogunquit and this beautifully refurbished home right in the heart of Ogunquit! Built in 1930, this charming house has recently changed hands after a wonderful 50 years serving as both the local dentist's office and his family's cherished home. You'll discover many unique touches that beautifully reflect the era in which it was built. As you enter the home from the rear, a small set of stairs will lead you to the lovely screened-in porch area and the main entrance. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including place settings for eight. Cleanup is a breeze with the handy dishwasher, and the pantry space adds extra convenience to your cooking experience. Plus, the delightful coffee and tea bar is a wonderful way to kick off your day! Just off the kitchen, a full bath features a shower space that’s perfect for when everyone needs to get ready at once. The inviting dining room can seat eight and comes with a nice little bar cart for your enjoyment. In the main living area, you’ll find a brand new sectional and a 65-inch TV complete with streaming options, perfect for enjoying a cozy movie night. The second floor houses four bedrooms and one full bath. The first bedroom at the front of the home is bathed in bright morning sunshine and offers lovely ocean views, along with a wonderful porch space to soak it all in. It even has a desk for when work calls and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a comfy queen-size bed and a generous layout, plus a one-of-a-kind old walk-in closet that connects to the third bedroom. This delightful twin bedroom is equipped with its own 50-inch TV and two comfortable beds, ensuring everyone has a great time. Everything here is brand new, promising you a truly enjoyable stay. You can park your car and leave it until it's time to leave. Remember, Ocean Dreams Rental Management is here to support you every step of the way!

The property was immaculately clean, very well equipped and conveniently located. It was perfect for our three generations. In spite of the damp, blustery weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Ogunquit - thanks to this comfortable, cozy home.

Perfect location in Ogunquit

We had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Ogunquit. This house is a great location near shops, restaurants, bars, village market, and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. (or you can park there as well). The host was great at communicating and responded quickly - even dropped off a fresh propane tank within minutes of us asking. The house was well equipped and spacious. Only concern would be if you had real little ones - the bedrooms are upstairs (wooden stairs) and some neighbors did party pretty late one night (but we were there on a holiday weekend) and this didn't really bother us.The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill worked great. A huge plus was the provided beach wagon, 8 beach chairs and cooler. We used these the whole week and they made navigating the beach and the walk a breeze - especially since we flew in from out of town.10 out of 10 would recommend and stay here again.
