Welcome to your coastal retreat in Ogunquit, Maine!

Just steps away from the beloved Footbridge Beach you will find this beautiful 3bd, 2.5ba waterfront home! Each bedroom offers a queen size bed, providing you the perfect place to rest after a memorable day in OGT, Maine. 
As a new construction home, there are plenty of convenient comforts available - from central A/C to a recently installed outdoor shower. With three televisions and high-speed wifi, there is plenty of resources for entertainment when you're not at the beach or enjoying the outdoor amenities.
Step outside to a beautiful backyard or unwind on the balcony or deck. Enjoy the salt air while you sip an evening cocktail or morning coffee! This is truly a "park your car and forget it" location... the walkability is incredible and access to other local attractions is a breeze with a nearby trolley stop. Beat those pay-to-park lots and take advantage of the off-street parking for up to four full-sized vehicles. Just a short distance away from Ogunquit bars, locally-owned restaurants, sandy beaches, shopping, and of course... Footbridge Beach! 

For those unfamiliar with the area, Footbridge Beach is an extension of Ogunquit's Main Beach that offers a quieter and less crowded atmosphere. Once on Footbridge Beach, walk south and you'll arrive at Ogunquit's Main Beach - recently listed #7 on Trip Advisors Top 10 Beaches in The United States!

Unique beachfront property

We had a terrific experience staying here for a week. This front row newly constructed contemporary home was impeccably decorated and cared for and Erin provided A property management. It is perfect for a small family looking for a private beachfront home with a luxury feel. The views from almost every room are breathtaking and the floor plan is very well designed with everything on one level and a surprisingly large great room for family gathering. The outside space is very well thought out with large balconies with panoramic views of dunes, beach, and river, and a wonderful grassy yard with patio and BBQ. We can’t wait to come back next year!
