The Space:
Enjoy a first class vacation in this beautiful, fully-appointed 4 Bedroom Cape located near the heart of Ogunquit Village. This property is a short walk to all village attractions, shops, beaches, and restaurants. Large deck overlooking private treed backyard providing a wonderful after the beach place to gather and unwind. Deck is furnished with patio table/chairs/umbrella as well as Adirondack seating directly off the kitchen.

First floor includes a large fully appointed, eat-in kitchen with a slider to the deck, a full bath with washer and dryer, a large private room with a daybed that can be a fourth bedroom or a den furnished with a TV and seating/table for playing games for kids, teens, or adults who want a little privacy. This first floor bedroom would be perfect for family members who don't want to climb stairs! The living room has a large color TV.  Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. One with a King bed ( which is convertible to two twin beds), a Master bedroom has a King bed and a twin, and another room with two twin beds.  2 Full Bathrooms

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. 4 CAR limit - Parking 3 in driveway and 1 in garage - NO on street parking allowed!!

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood ends in a cul des sac, walking is enjoyable, and trees provide enjoyable shade on a hot summer day.

Getting Around:
Trolleys are available in town, and a beach caddie company can provide pick up service. The Wells Transportation center is a short drive for trains to Boston and ports north!

Other Things to Note:
Saturday Check-In after 3:00 PM - Guests will pick up keys from the Jean Knapp Rentals office downtown Ogunquit (located in the RE/MAX Realty One office at 84 School St. Ogunquit, ME 03907).

DO NOT Park prior to check-in time as cleaners have access until then to prepare for your stay. Thank you for understanding.

Saturday Check-Out until 10:00 AM - Drop off keys to Jean Knapp office.Cleaners arrive promptly. Please try to leave the home as you found it. Empty the refrigerator/freezer. Please leave beds unmade. Bring towels to the laundry room please!

Reservations require a 50% rental deposit fully refundable within 7 business days of reservation. Cancellations made after the initial 7 business days will be subject to our cancellation policy and fee - see Rental Agreement.
After the initial 7 business days, ALL rental deposits are nonrefundable. If the Agency is able to re-rent the property for same term and rate, rental deposits would be refundable less 10% of the TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT FOR THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD.
If you decide that you must cancel, you may not move your deposit to another week. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation within 30 days is non-refundable.

Rental Agreement eSignature:
You will receive an email with a rental agreement attached, which is in the form of an eSignature document. Please review, complete, and submit the document within 7 days of booking.

Interaction with Guests:
The guests enjoy the home without owner interruption.
