The main house is designed for both relaxation and connection. The inviting living room, complete with two plush couches, two chairs, and a collection of board games, is the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. The fully-equipped kitchen, featuring a stone countertops and counter seating for three, makes meal prep a breeze, while the dining room comfortably seats eight—ideal for enjoying fresh seafood dinners together. Each bedroom is outfitted with room-darkening shades, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Step onto the front porch, where seating for four invites you to sip your morning coffee fresh from the kitchen or enjoy an evening drink as the sun sets. Bedroom #5 includes a twin size day bed that converts into a queen size bed.



The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms with a single vanity and shower/tub combo in each.



Sandpiper by the Sea – Cottage:



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #2 includes a twin size bed.



The home also includes a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, as well as a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in main home.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. Charging of electric vehicles is NOT permitted. Once parked, you won’t need to drive again until it’s time to leave. The home offers an easy walk to the beach and restaurants!

• Fireplaces are decorative only – not available for guest use.

• This home is equipped with 1 external security camera, located at the main home's front door and actively monitoring the entrance.

• This home is a seasonal rental, available for stays of seven days or more from June through September.
