Secluded getaway near the beach & town with game room and hot tub

  • Adopt the slow lifestyle of Ogunquit without sacrificing any modern comforts here at Juniper Grove. From hiking and hitting the beach to skiing and snowshoeing, this year-round retreat will place you in the perfect location to check out everything this area offers.

    Though there are many ways to use each vacation day, you may find it difficult to leave home base with so much fun to be had inside. The main floor of this abode will greet you with open arms the moment you step inside. Take your pick of curbing appetites in the full kitchen, gathering in the living room to reminisce and stream favorite shows, or grab a book and read as snow falls quietly outside. This level also has a laundry room for your convenience. Four mini-split air-conditioning units provide all-season comfort throughout the home.

    The basement has been converted into a game room, and home gym, covering all the bases for all ages. Plus, you can step out to the patio area and soak in the private hot tub as the sun goes down to slip into relaxation mode.

    With memories just waiting to be made, what are you waiting for?

    Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
    Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
    The woodstove is not operational.
    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
    This unit is Juniper Grove, the main house. The in-law apartment above the garage, Evergreen Terrace is also a rental. Both Juniper Grove and Evergreen Terrace may be rented together as RiverHouse or rented individually.

Very nice home

The property is very nice and was in a great location for our needs (very short drive to restaurants and beach). The game room had some things that didn’t work, but the home theater was perfect for rainy days and we enjoyed our stay.

Has everything you need

Beautiful and spacious home in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the home theater, pool table, fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor grill. This house has every amenity you could possibly want. All family members had plenty of room. It was a wonderful 5 days.

Beautiful Home

Home was beautiful and main floor very clean. The game/Theater room did not seem to have been cleaned and outside grounds had some things left behind. Over all it definitely served its purpose for our family stay and was very enjoyable to have spent our time there!

Great house, quiet location

House is fantastic, and the outside property well cared for, quiet serene location not too far from town. We had a wonderful family vacation, the downstairs game room offered everything you can think of for entertainment or exercise. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has plenty of seating for meals, games, etc, and also a spacious dining room for family to gather around a large table. The sun room and deck off the kitchen were where everyone wanted to relax when they weren’t in the game or theater rooms. Extra treat was the family of deer that would come by and stay a while each afternoon. Looking forward to a future return.

Family getaway

The property was a great place to stay. Overall we had a great time Lots to do in the house. I was surprised there was very little supply of dishwashing detergent, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. I mean very little. I ended up having to go to the store on our second day there. I vacation at Vrbo spots frequently and have never seen that before. It’s the first time I stayed at a vacasa property and won’t ever stay at a vacasa property again. Was disappointed with them.

Excellent location. House is very clean and well maintained. The gaming area in the basement isn’t in the best condition, but still was fun to have. Hot tub was great to have as well.

Great rental

Very spacious house. tons of rooms for 6 of us to stay, with plenty of room to spare. Amazing game/theatre room in the basement, and beautiful outdoor deck. Very scenic location, the kids watched deer eating in the front yard, and picturesque view of the brook in the back. Just minutes from everywhere we needed to be, but just off the beaten path to be nice and relaxing when we needed it.

A Summer’s Paradise

We enjoyed a beautiful 4th of July weekend in this lovely, peaceful, and well-equipped home that comes with everything you can imagine you might need to relax, have fun, explore nature, and enjoy a home cooked meal. My dogs enjoyed the yard, I enjoyed the hot tub, and everyone enjoyed the game room and theater. What more could you want? Yes, there is a gym, and I we used it too! My favorite room is the room that is just off the kitchen that has stunning nature views a provides the perfect place to relax or read a book. The kitchen is clean, fully equipped, and one of the central gathering zones of the house! The location is walkable to the beach and the central part of town. We’ll definitely be coming back in the fall! I can’t wait to see the colors from my favorite room!

Great place to get away

This house is huge and has everything you need for a quick get away to Ogunquit. It's nicely secluded from everything, but very easy to get into town and to the beach. It was also great to find a place I could bring my dog. I would definitely stay here again.
