Benvenuti in Family Tides! Questa casa con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni è stata costruita nel 2019 ed è pronta per le famiglie a godersi tutto ciò che York Beach ha da offrire! Questa casa per cani può ospitare 12 persone ed è facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi dalla nuova sezione della spiaggia di Long Sands Bathhouse.

Completamente arredato con aria centrale, Wi-Fi (Hulu +, Disney +, Netflix) e lavanderia in loco. La casa vanta pavimenti in legno massello e piastrelle e un camino a gas nella camera familiare.

Parcheggio fuori strada per 6 auto in una strada senza uscita, il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e consentire ai bambini di giocare in sicurezza dopo una giornata in spiaggia.

I cani sotto i 30 kg sono i benvenuti.
Sentiti libero di accedere alle nostre sedie da spiaggia extra, ai giocattoli da spiaggia e al carrello!

Primo piano - Cucina completamente in acciaio inox con ripiani in granito e fornello a gas. Gli armadietti sono completamente forniti di tutto il necessario e c'è una grande dispensa per la conservazione. Posti a sedere per 5 al bar della colazione insieme a un tavolo da cucina che può ospitare 9-10. Camera familiare dotata di 2 divani di dimensioni standard, sedie a dondolo imbottite e TV a parete da 65 pollici. Una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e letti a castello si trova al primo piano insieme a un bagno completo con doccia.

Camera da letto al secondo piano con letto king size, TV e un sacco di spazio per disimballare le tue cose. La seconda camera da letto può ospitare 4 persone con una doppia su letto a castello pieno con rotelle e un'altra TV. La terza camera da letto su questo piano può ospitare due persone con due letti estraibili e un grande armadio con pacchetto e giochi. Inoltre al piano superiore è un ampio bagno completo con vasca grande e una lavanderia.

Spazio esterno: al largo della cucina troverete un ponte con posti a sedere all'aperto e grill a gas. Inoltre, il cortile ha un pozzo del fuoco con posti a sedere per rilassarsi alla fine della giornata.

Great house for a family vacation

Had a great stay here for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and a large dining table plus counter stools so we can all eat together, play games and cards, etc. Also nice seating on the back porch. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need, and the house was clean and well cared for, plus great central air. A nice outdoor shower and lots of beach chairs and equipment provided. And it was a short and easy walk to our favorite beach spot. Good communication with the host as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Space, location, fully stocked

This house provided us all that we needed. We traveled with our older children and a bunch of their friends. The house allowed us all to spread out, and the location was tucked at the end of a dead end. We were able to walk to the beach in just 10 minutes, but it was great being away from all of the holiday traffic.

Great Stay in York Maine

We had a great week in York Maine and the house was perfect to accommodate a family trip with 10 adults and an infant. The property was centrally located in York and was less than a 10 minute walk to Long Sands beach and less than a 5 minute drive to Short Sands. The house was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and the check-in process was simple. My family vacations to York almost every summer and we are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful property

My family of 4 including kids aged 7 and 12 and my parents recently stayed at Nicole’s house. The location was superb in proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops. The accommodations were clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. We hope to be back again and enjoy this wonderful property! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Perfect vacation!

House was awesome! Kitchen so well stocked we didn’t want for anything. Location was great, with only 10 minute walk to beach. Three generations had a wonderful time and hope to return next year!

York stay

We had a very nice stay. People were able to play in the front yard. Could set up corn hole in the back as well as have a nice area to sit to have a fire. The one negative was the amount of dog feces on the ground that we had to pick up before we could enjoy the outside area.

Great place to make family memories

We had such a great week making memories in York. The house had everything that we needed to have a great week. On top of that it was only a short walk to the beach. The welcome bag was a great way to start our trip and my kids loved the Surfer Dude.

Long Sands Beach, Here We Come!

This is our second year at this property and we love it. The house is beautiful, fully equipped, and a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. We love it there and are already thinking of next summer!

We had a very nice week. The owners answered all our questions in a timely manner. Short walk to Long Sands. Private, plenty of room, and a nice space for the kids to run around in. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

I was looking for a large house to rent in Maine where our family could get together and help my husband and I celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. This house was perfect! Plenty of room for 10 of us. Very clean and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Close to beaches,shopping,restaurants. Lots to do for all ages.

Wonderful stay in York!

We had a great stay! Justin and Nicole were very helpful and responsive. The house was a short walk to beautiful long sand beach which was perfect for our two little ones (calm waters and wide open beach)! The house was new, very clean, plenty of beds and had all the essentials. Thank you Justin and Nicole for a wonderful week and great memories!

Wonderful Week

We have never been in such a well equipped house and have rented for years! The easy walk to the beach was perfect for all our ages and there was an overabundance of beach gear. Our communication with the owners was excellent. All of us would highly recommend this house!!

Great Family Home

We had a wonderful week staying in this home . It had everything we needed and we were very comfortable . The house is very clean and in excellent new condition . The owner was very responsive and helpful . The beach and town is close and great for kids . Our dog really enjoyed the off leash walks on the beach in the early am . We also really enjoyed exploring other close towns to eat and shop as well .

Great vacation rental

Every year we spend a week at York Beach and this year we need to find a new rental location. This house was terrific for a large family. Plenty of bedrooms, super clean and great location. We had a great week enjoying the beach and this home was a perfect spot for us. Thank you!
