My mom and I truly enjoyed our stay at Dave’s cottage in York. It was a perfect location and very clean. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend Dave’s place and am looking forward to returning again!

We had a wonderful stay for a girls weekend. Host was responsive and very flexible. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Just perfect!

My son and I had a little “mom and me” couple of days away and this was the perfect spot!Just large enough for us, but could definitely the rest of our family of four being comfortable here, too.I’ve been coming to York beach for almost 40 years and this is the best location I’ve had - I was thrilled to see how close to the bath house it was!The yard was just big enough to eat outdoors The owners were so friendly

We had such a great time. The cottage was clean and cute and so convenient to the beach. It really was the perfect place. I hope it’ll be available for us to book next year!

Beautiful location.

We had a great time and the location of the cottage to the beach was perfect! The place was very clean and the kitchen was well supplied with cookware. The beds are very hard, other than that, everything was fine.

This was the BEST forks get away ever!!! It is a magical location so close to the beach, cozy clean, it’s just right!!! We absolutely had a great time! The hosts are so accommodating and responsive!! Thank you so much we can’t wait to come back again!!!

Owner was great!! We were invited to use the BBQ & the picnic tables. We had a lot of family in town, so it was perfect!

What wonderful host David and Lisa were ! We were more than happy with our little place for the week ! Everything was so clean and we had everything we needed. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants, honestly we couldn’t have asked for more.Thank you David and Lisa for being so welcoming…. Perfect little cottage

We loved staying here this past weekend. The cottage was perfect for the 3 of us to stay, enjoy the beach and revisit some of our favorite restaurants. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Nice shower with great water pressure and less than a 3 minute walk to the best part of York Beach! We will for sure come back next year!

This spot has such wonderful beach access. Place is clean and comfortable, and has everything we need. And Dave is so attentive and helpful. We will be back.

Sweet cottage in great location

The cottage is clean and cute. The location is terrific - 1 short block walk to a wonderful beach. The hosts were helpful with information about the area. The kitchen had everything needed for a short stay with minimal cooking. Good water pressure and shower. We enjoyed our early September stay.
