“All was good except the sofa-bed we need to use. We found some food crumbs and a small insect, a sign that the sofa is not cleaned regularly.”

“Pool was absolutely and disgustingly filthy!! Toilet seat was loose. Both bedside electric lamps had exposed wires - dangerous. HVAC rattled badly. Staff was find to switch us to another room where all was OK except one bedside lamp had the same problem -- exposed wires!!”

“Room was clean. Overall, the hotel was clean. It was easy to switch my stay to accommodate my dog. Friendly staff.”

“Very nice facility and super friendly staff! Room was large and much nicer than we expected, plenty of room to stretch out. Pool area was clean with lots of seating but the size of the pool was smaller than most. Overall all a great experience and would stay again!”

Rooms were not clean, the amenities in the room are broken or misfit, hairs on the floor and in the tub, The lobby , lift and corridors were dirty. “In a pinch and needed somewhere to stay during a cross country road trip, it was perfect. We did have to take the air conditioning apart and fix it because it was just blowing out stagnant air. But once we fixed it, it cooled down real quick. Also, the mini fridge didn't work. It was plugged in, but was broke I guess. All in all though it was in a safe area by the college, many places around to eat within walking distance, and in the parking lot of khols for those who like to shop lol! But 4...

“This was a great place to stay while our son completed his orientation at OSU. The college was just a few minutes away by car. Way better than a hotel! This would be a great property for a few families visiting their kids at college for a football game or family weekend. Only one full bath so you'd have to schedule showers, but that doesn't bother us. We hope it's available to us in the future. I appreciated the decor and the PLANTS!!!! “Crazy good soundproofing. Maybe 30 feet from the freight train, and I never heard a thing, wonderfully restful stay.”

“The Staff were very nice and helpful. The room and hotel were both very clean. The kitchen was under renovation and was closed, so no breakfast was offered. The ice machine didn’t work on the floor I was on. The room had a nice working coffee pot and refrigerator though.”
