Welcome to The Corbin, a luxurious haven designed for ultimate relaxation and comfort. This exquisite retreat features a spacious one-bedroom, one-bath layout, offering an intimate and indulgent experience. The highlight of The Corbin is its lavish jacuzzi tub, where you can immerse yourself in tranquility and let your worries melt away.
This is a house that is divided into three units. This unit is on the entire second floor. The entrance is on the right side of the house. It has two bedrooms with one sink vanity and one queen bed in each bedroom and a third room with a couch and TV, including a mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Includes heat and air condition, one bath with shower.
Quiet Hours are 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Thank you!
Linens: Includes towels, washcloths, and bedding. Mattresses are new in 2023.
Free street parking in front. Free Wifi
Fire pit available for use. It has been installed in the yard next door. Includes a fire poker. Wood can be purchased on our website and will be delivered to your unit before you arrive.
Laundromat available next door. We do not own it so please check the hours.
Garden hose available on the side of unit #1 “The Andrea” or the front of #4, “The Joseph”

Maximum occupancy is 4. Strictly enforced.
All late check-outs without approval will be charged $50 per hour.
NO SMOKING. A $250 charge will be charged to the credit card for smoking within the unit. This includes cigarettes, weed or vaping.
