“Our one-night stay at this property was an absolute nightmare. The apartment was in completely unacceptable hygienic conditions, with dust and dirt everywhere, but the worst part was the bug infestation. We found insects in the bathroom, on the floor, and even under the bedsheets. A light fixture was filled with hundreds of dead insects, showing months—if not years—of total neglect. To make matters worse, water was constantly leaking from the refrigerator onto the floor. The host was completely...
