Was so lovely to have a massive comfy bed, room to stretch out in, a great TV, free flow drinks in the bar and an excellent quiet breakfast buffet with fresh handmade food beautifully presented and served. Everything was clean, everyone was helpful and even though it's a little out of Tokyo centre, I enjoyed the peace of that and the east access to stations within walking distance. “It was very conveniently located (just connected to a train station!) and the room was clean and spacious for the comparables. I also really loved that the direct airport bus services (both Narita and Haneda, but only to the airport) are 1 minute walk from the hotel. That was a huge advantage.”

“The lake and mountain views were worth the price alone. The Ryokan itself is very beautiful and traditional, the tatami and sliding paper doors made it feel like we had gone back in time. The onsen is nice and note that it is for separate male and female, so if you want to share the experience with family or partner you may not be able to.
