It is located in the heart of the Beauce region, north of the Loiret department, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris, and 30 minutes from Orléans and Pithiviers.

Numerous activities are available: meet the animals at the Ferme des Petits Bergers (Little Shepherds' Farm), swim at the Aquanova aquatic center, go for walks, bike rides, or horseback riding...
Near Oison, don't miss: the Musée du Théâtre Forain (Museum of Fairground Theatre), the Jardin des 4 Saisons (Garden of the Four Seasons), the Château de Chamerolles, and the village of Chevilly.

You will appreciate the large garden for relaxing. The single-story cottage (adjoining the owner's house) includes a living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (with a 140x190 cm sofa bed), a bedroom with a 160x190 cm double bed (or two 80x190 cm single beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Private parking is available in the courtyard. Guests have access to a private terrace and an unfenced garden shared with the owner.

All-inclusive rates: bed linen and towels are provided, heating is included, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Small dogs are welcome upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Check-in is between 3 pm and 9 pm. Check-out is at 10 am.
