A Comfortable Double room, in this clean and lovely Chalet House.
Barry's Place is a clean delightful refurbished and furnished Chattel House, located in the popular south west of the island.
Staying here allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds. You can experiencing and enjoy real village life in Barbados (living like a BAJAN). Yet you are within easy access of many of the Island's tourist attractions.
The room features an Air condition unit along with a ceiling fan, there are CCTV security cameras and sensor lights around the house. This friendly village is situated in an ideal location It is in close proximity to the US, Guyanese, Japanese, British and New Zealand Embassies.
The popular Sheraton Shopping mall with its excellent food court, banks, Duty free boutiques, department stores, supermarket, gym and cinema is 5 minutes walk away. The island's only Drive-in cinema the Globe is also nearby.
The property is within 7 to 15 minutes drive from most of the island's white sandy beaches in the south and south west coast of the island..
ENTERTAINMENT:
The renowned Oistin's Fishing market, the famous and popular St Lawrence Gap with its bars, restaurants and nightclubs, the
Grantley Adams International Airport, Bridgetown the island's Capital city, the Garrison Savannah: and the famous Kensington oval are all between 10 and 20 mins drive away.
An excellent public transport service operates in the area along with a good taxi service. Alternatively you can rent a car during your stay.
HOUSE RULES
Guest should respect and keep the property clean and tidy.
Be respectful to the neighbours.
Be respectful of everything of the furniture, fittings utensils, etc.
Guest should make sure that A/C units, fans, water and gas appliances are turned off when leaving the property.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
No Parties allowed.
Guest are required to pay a security deposit which will be refunded at the end of the term.
Guests are responsible for any missing, damaged or broken items and this will be taken out of the deposit at the end of the term.
