The Space: At this spacious townhome you’ll have your own private pool and yard in Fairholme Gardens, Oistin Bay, southwest Barbados. Lots of space outside by the pool and a patio to enjoy, this place will absolutely be a highlight of your family vacation! Plus you’re less than a 5-min walk to the beach!
The main spaces of the 2-story townhome: - A beautiful living area with a tropical vibe, white and turquoise beachy furnishings, TV & ceiling fans. - A separate dining area between the living room and kitchen with a great dining table to comfortably seat 6 for a comfy sit-down meal at home. - A fully-equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare healthy meals at home and enjoy the dining area or outside on the covered patio. - Speaking of the covered patio area, it has a circular outdoor dining table for 6 with a ceiling fan and lovely view of the pool and backyard. Perfect for dining or enjoying cocktails al fresco by the pool! - The backyard and garden area is divine! You’ll have a big pool and loungers all to yourself to enjoy a day off from sightseeing and the beach, and just dip in and out of the pool! - There are 3 full bathrooms for the 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms in the home. The bedrooms are all upstairs and configured as such: Bedroom 1: 2 Single/twin beds Bedroom 2 2 Single/twin beds Bedroom 3 1 Queen bed master bedroom (this room has the safe box if needed) - A laundry room in the kitchen area with a washing machine free to use and drying lines available, plus an iron and ironing board for your convenience. - One parking space available in the driveway and free street parking as well.
Guest Access: You’ll have full access to the townhome, private pool in the backyard, outdoor garden lounge area and covered patio with outdoor dining table.

It’s a .8 mile/1.3 km stretch of road famous for its fine restaurants, lively nightlife and good shopping. (1.5 miles/2.7 km) - Get in the water! The tranquil sea conditions on the west coast make it perfect for water activity. - Embark on a catamaran cruise, fishing charter & coastal sightseeing tour - 29-min to Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park - Go to Bridgetown for shopping & restaurants with cuisine ranging from local & Caribbean to Italian - Stroll along Welches Beach to Surfer’s Cafe for some beachside dining & a sunset end to your day!
Getting Around: The Barbados International Airport is located 8.7 km | 5.4 miles away from the rental property, ideally located between Oistins Bay Fish Market and St. Lawrence Gap, two cultural and entertainment epicenters in the Oistins, Barbados area -- on the southwest coast. It takes about 15 minutes by car. We highly suggest renting a car to truly enjoy the sights and attractions of this beautiful island.
As for getting to and from the airport, if you do not rent a car, you can easily and affordably use public transportation from the airport to destinations on the island. There is a public bus (cheapest option) for about $2-$3 USD. The nearest bus stop is less than a 5-min walk from the property! Or you can hire a taxi (~$55-$65), or a private vehicle transport for about ~$70-$85.

Other Things to Note: This 2-story townhome has a spacious outdoor space with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to accommodate 6 guests. Must climb stairs to reach the bedrooms, all located on the 2nd floor.
In the event you need to quarantine according to the local laws please note this unit is NOT registered as a quarantine accommodation. You will need to make your own arrangements with a quarantine-approved hotel (which is usually a one-night stay) and then come to stay with us when cleared. Thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter.
Wi-Fi, TV w/ cable, bed linens, beach and bath towels are provided free during your stay. And plenty of lap-top friendly workspaces in the home for any remote work needs.
There is no daily housekeeping service but should you require a mid-stay cleaning one can be arranged at an additional charge directly with the Property Manager.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please note we do supply some home essentials complimentary upon arrival like toilet paper, some dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee filters, and some cleaning products. However, please note, unlike hotel service, these items are not replenished. If you use them up and need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
Electricity fees: for long term-stays only (+30 nights) $0.50 USD per KWH.
Please be sure to always turn the AC off when out of the room or not at home to help conserve energy.
*There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.

HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed in the house. But guests are not prohibited from smoking on the outdoor deck of the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests: Someone will greet you at the property to check in so please coordinate your arrival time within 24 hours to set the meet up time they’ll meet you at the house. If you’re arriving after 5 pm, then you can self check in by accessing the keys in the lockbox. The access code will be provided to you within 24 hours of your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just write us a message.

Great location in walking distance to beach, grocery, restaurants, etc. Nice pool and back patio. Fans in every room made house comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were basic but adequate. Directions to property were off. Host was responsive.
