- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed and a single bed

- Shower room with walk-in shower

First floor:
- Bedroom 4: master suite with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower and separate WC)
- Bedroom 5: a bunk bed and two single beds
- Bedroom 6: two single beds

- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cuttlefish washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A small hexagonal swimming pool (private, unheated) open from 1 April to 30 September.
- A lovely 300 m² private, enclosed garden
- A terrace level with the swimming pool, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Oizon, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are just 10 km away.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (3 spaces).
