The space
The ideal holiday home for those looking for something special away from the Coast’s hustle and bustle while still only a short drive into the heart of it all. As you enter the apartment, you will find the kitchen directly ahead with its attached laundry room and the living/dining area and main terrace to your right. To the left of the living room, is one bedroom and a family bathroom and the master bedroom with its ensuite.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a small apartment block of five apartments and can be accessed either by an elevator or by a single flight of stairs. The community is a very secure, private and gated community. You will be provided with access keys to both the apartment as well as the community’s external gates, a security fob to access the leisure facilities at the clubhouse and a garage door opener to access the underground parking as well. The apartment has one allocated underground parking space for you to use during the duration of your stay.
