“Hidden Gem! We had no idea this property was in Ojo Caliente. Beautiful views, gorgeous rooms and a wonderful restaurant connected. Booking was simple as well as check in and the hosts both online at at the restaurant are wonderful. Cant wait to come back!”

“Beautiful location and very comfortable space. Unfortunately we did not receive timely location or check in instructions from owner through VRBO. Manager was helpful but spotty phone service made it difficult. Thank goodness we were there during daylight as it would have been very difficult to locate at night. ”

We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. “The comfiness of the bed made it worth the money!!!! It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Please make sure ALL the instructions load before you show up: we didn’t make it in till dark and I had no idea there it’s a gated community…I had to bother the sweet staff to try to get the code bc I just got a white screen when trying to pull up info. “We loved our stay at Casa Escondida. From beginning to end, the communication was excellent. Our food preferences were asked for, and our instructions for getting there were clearly defined. The breakfast was superb both days, and our chef shared local information and what we might like to see for that day. All the staff were so nice, and the people staying there at the same time as us were equally lovely.”

“We had a great stay. The hotel appears to be newly renovated, and everything felt fresh, clean, and modern. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful new bathroom. The kitchenette was very convenient, featuring a microwave, small refrigerator, and plenty of storage space. Having two TVs was also a nice bonus. Overall, the room was well-equipped, spotless, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!”
