“We had the standard room which is TINY and they did try to upsell us on arrival but it was fine for the two nights we were there. Good shower, nice toiletries, comfortable bed. Good to have laundry facilities although not cheap. The immediate area around is quite quiet so the bar, shop, etc were useful although the bar was very expensive and didn’t have great options. A great shop in reception.”

“Great location, clean. Not perfect but good enough”

“We got an amazing deal through Expedia as it's the off season in Jeju that made this stay worth it. I would not pay the full price for this hotel. Please keep in mind this is an older place so while it was clean it also is very worn out. Pros. The rooms we were in were massive with great views on 2 sides. The breakfast was good for the price you pay but you need to be ok with Korean style. I would suggest checking if large groups are staying as there was a large school group the 2nd & 3rd...

“The hotel is very run down and in need of updating and cleaning. The refrigerator did not work. The room was a nice size (though the ratio of shower area to tub was woefully small). The view out the window was lovely!”

“This is a resort that is above and beyond on all levels, except for missing a swimming pool. But given that it's surrounded by breathtaking beaches, who can complain. From the moment I entered the parking lot, a staff member greeted me, and after checking in, helped me by carrying all my heavy luggage to the second floor unit. The room itself had a glorious view of the ocean and the front lawn with plenty of chairs and seats and umbrellas. The two-story cafe/restaurant offered a yummy and...

“I enjoyed my stay at Jeju Ocean Square Resort. The ocean-view room and peaceful surroundings made it a relaxing place to stay, and it was a good base for exploring Jeju Island by car. However, the bugs and mosquitoes were a downside and could be quite annoying. Better pest control would definitely improve the experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there’s room for improvement!”
