“We stayed one night for Tunnel Marathon race. The staff allowed us to late checkout at 12pm, which gave us the chance to have a shower after the run. Very good!”

“Room was lovely. Great bed - very comfortable. Huge shower. Lovely gas fire. Breakfast was poor. A strange offering left hanging in a plastic bag on a hook outside the door. Zero interaction with staff, but maybe some people want to be anonymous. Lovely countryside.”

“I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning. Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. I do not understand why this happened, but it was stressful and unprofessional. It felt like she was collecting unnecessary personal information and...

“Property is new and staff is nice. Amenities are decent. Our issue was with the size and design of the rooms. We had booked a king bedroom suite but it was still very small. Everything felt cramped including the bathroom.”

“Hotel was old but clean. Downstairs where restrooms and ice machine was in disarray with items strewn about the hallway. Suggest keeping work area rooms downstairs doors closed to hide the working mess in process. Enjoyed grounds, ease of parking and breakfast. Would certainly return to hotel if back in Leavenworth.”

“Rooms were clean but too bland and not one picture on the walls. Balcony was enjoyable. Didn't use the pool but looked nice and clean. Breakfast was disappointing, expected more choices. Coffee not enjoyable.Cereal, juice and yogurt were enjoyable. Fruit would have been good . Waffles were good. Water pressure too low. Toilet stuck and ran a lot. Sink stopper needed cleaning. Needed moisture lotion and toilet paper and they were given to me. Hope this helps. Nice location and view.”
