“Room was lovely. Great bed - very comfortable. Huge shower. Lovely gas fire. Breakfast was poor. A strange offering left hanging in a plastic bag on a hook outside the door. Zero interaction with staff, but maybe some people want to be anonymous. Lovely countryside.”

“Overall the stay was good. However the house keeper left several items from the previous guests in different drawers. It clearly had not been swept there is a massive amount of hair under the bed. It felt a little dirty. We were provided three towels for a three night stay. One hand towel. There was a key left in the laundry room I think by accident, that's how I was able to get more towels. The patio screen door was off when we arrived so I could not have the patio door open without a screen....

“Staff Megan and Kristina at the desk were very welcoming. Its an older building but very nice and the rooms were very clean and maintained. We did have an issue with the AC and immediately we were moved to an upgraded room. They were very professional and extremely apologetic leaving an apology treat for the inconvenience. “The location is out of the way from town noise/traffic but still relatively walkable. The rooms were clean and AC was perfect (we stayed during a hot spell)! The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Breakfast was lovely - each day was a different “main course.” The front desk staff were only available during certain hours, but were helpful orienting us during our stay. There’s even a little scavenger hunt around the inn. Overall I would stay here again.”
