“Well located for shops and both Exeter Main and St. Davids railway stations. My room was compact but well thought out and well equipped. It was great to have a light next to the bed which you could turn off/on easily and the shower was good. Breakfast was first class, beautifully served and coffee one of the best. I would have liked more savoury options for the breakfast but that is just a small preference. Host was really helpful and very welcoming. I would stay here again.”

“Bella struttura a conduzione familiare, molto comoda e pulita. Il wi-fi non era eccezionale, ma funzionava, il parcheggio è gratis. le stanze sono molto grandi e sufficientemente comode. A 15 chilometri da Exeter e dal Parco naturale del Dartmoor, vicinissimo all'autostrada è un'ottima sistemazione. Una nota di lode alla cortesia dei proprietari, che sono disponibilissimi anche in caso di imprevisto. Ci tornerei sicuramente”

“Historical building, very attractive. Very well presented. Lindsey was very pleasant and we enjoyed chatting with him. The room (no.1) was lovely. Very comfortable main bed. Single alongside, if needed for a family. Sofa. Side units. Lighting. Breakfast table. Wardrobe c/w ironing board and iron, hangers, hair dryer. Power points. Full coffee, tea, hot chocolate makings. “Bed was lovely nice linen .. basic facilities we paid a lot more then my friends £10 extra to take your dog .. shower was only hot for myself and cold for my partner same for my friend’s.. needed to find a toilet roll from downstairs as only half in the room which wasn’t quite ready at 3:40 .. ok for one night”

“A nice place to stay in the middle of nowhere. Quite old-fashioned, more of a "self-catering" option as it's a variety of small homes that you stay in. Outstanding value for the room - mine was bigger than my flat! A little disappointed by a couple of facilities being out of use - no pool after 8pm, steam room out of order, upstairs in leisure centre off limits due to staff training, and no breakfast as the restaurant was shut. Nonetheless, I would recommend.”
