  • Un bellissimo giardino recintato e un sacco di spazio ti aspettano in questo delizioso rifugio nel cuore del Devon .. Piano terra: soggiorno / sala da pranzo. Cucina. Primo piano: 1 camera matrimoniale (5 piedi) con bagno privato con box doccia e servizi igienici. Woodburner in salotto (combustibile iniziale incluso). Riscaldamento centralizzato a gasolio ed elettricità mediante lettura del contatore. Lenzuola e asciugamani inclusi. DVD. Microonde. Lavatrice. Wi-Fi. Extra per cani. Giardino recintato con patio e mobili. Terreno condiviso di 2 acri. Parcheggio. Negozio di biciclette. Vietato fumare. NB: ruscello recintato nella proprietà. . Questo fienile del XIX secolo eccezionalmente confortevole e spazioso è situato in posizione tranquilla nella campagna rurale. Trave, gode di un cortile adiacente alla casa dei proprietari. Un rifugio ideale dal trambusto della vita, o rilassati di fronte al woodburner dopo una giornata trascorsa a camminare ed esplorare questa splendida parte delle Isole britanniche. La proprietà gode di un proprio giardino recintato e ha accesso a una bella passeggiata nei boschi che è segnalata e accessibile attraverso un ruscello e tramite un ponte di legno. Questa bella zona ha molto da offrire al visitatore: ci sono servizi a Tavistock, Okehampton e Launceston. Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor e le spiagge sabbiose della Cornovaglia settentrionale sono tutte facilmente accessibili. Sport acquatici e pesca nel lago Roadford, 5 miglia e golf è disponibile nelle vicinanze. C'è un negozio di paese, molti ristoranti rinomati a 20 minuti di auto e due pub a 2 miglia.

    C'è un ruscello recintato nel parco. Combustibile iniziale per woodburner incluso, successivamente disponibile localmente al costo. Niente bambini.

The only comment I have to make is that the joining instructions referred to turning left at Harris Arms for Dippertown but the Harris Arms has closed down and is now a private house so the instructions need to be amended. Otherwise a very nice cottage run by very nice couple in a nice quiet location.

Was a little bit cold in the evenings even with the heating on (note that the cost of heating and electricity is not included in the rental price) Easy to get to Dartmoor and other glorious places. Would recommend

An immaculate, beautiful cottage.

An immaculate, beautiful cottage. If you want to totally relax away from the hustle and bustle, it's the place to be. So welcoming and perfect for our dogs. Gorgeous enclosed garden with lovely walks from the gate at the end of the garden. Would highly recommend.
