  • Perfectly situated, you will be located close to the north-western edge of Dartmoor National Park, just 3 miles from the town of Okehampton, where there are a number of shops, takeaways, and supermarkets, as well as specialist shops which cater for Dartmoor’s walkers, cyclists, and climbers. Dartmoor itself (12.5 miles) offers many miles of scenic walks for all abilities, ranging from easy strolls to challenging hikes and climbs. With great transport links nearby, you will also be within a short drive of the stunning cathedral city of Exeter and within an easy drive of the popular tourist destinations of the south coast and the unspoilt villages along the northern coastline. Other attractions within easy reach include Lydford Gorge, Roadford Lake, Okehampton Castle, the Miniature Pony Centre, Crealy Adventure Park and numerous National Trust properties. Nearby, you will also find an Italian restaurant and bar within walking distance.


    Offering comfortable accommodation for four guests, this delightful property is accessed via either a gently sloping ramp or a set of external stairs to the front door. Venture inside and through to the beautiful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which boasts fabulous feature floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors which open onto the decked terrace. Here, sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings whilst watching your favourite program on the Smart TV with the flame-effect electric fire glowing in the background. Keen cooks will enjoy the brilliantly appointed kitchen area which boasts a great range of appliances and equipment including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and also a dishwasher. There is also a handy utility cupboard with a washing machine. Heading towards the rear of the property are the two beautiful bedrooms, a master double bedroom with TV which benefits from an en-suite shower room with shower and WC, and a cosy twin room. Completing the offering inside the property is a fresh and contemporary bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.


    Venture outside onto the decked terrace at the front of the property where you can enjoy al fresco dining and drinks during warm weather, or head to the rear decked area where you will find the relaxing and private sunken hot tub with an inbuilt iPod dock and speakers. There is private off-road parking for two cars.
