“This location was very clean in the common areas as well as the room being fairly new with the beds very comfortable. Staff was very helpful as there was a slight complication with the reservation, and it was taken care of properly and professionally.. And very close to the highway for easy access.”

“Stayed 4 nights, not once did they do housekeeping. Rarely anyone at the front desk, had to wait around to find someone for more towels. Then they said I’d have to bring my dirty towels up front for them to replace them. Rooms aren’t the cleanest, cabinets and microwave not completely clean. I don’t mind the outdated furniture but i atleast wish it was clean.”

“Absolutely the “budget option” every time I’ve stayed here my room has been clean but the property is not well maintained outside and is very outdated so oddly doesn’t always feel that way if it makes sense. The staff have always been helpful! I HATE the pothole at the entrance to the parking lot. That needs to be fixed asap genuinely such a hazard.”

“The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was courteous. The pool area and lobby were tranquil. While the staff was pleasant, they did not provide me with comprehensive information during check-in, such as the deposit amount (as I booked through Expedia, this information is not disclosed). They merely advised me to insert my card. I believe they should have reviewed my reservation with me and provided more details about the hotel, including the bar and restaurant areas. I had to inquire...

“Conveniently located for visits to MSU. Very friendly and helpful staff good location close to the highway and restaurants. The building is a little dated and could use some maintenance but if you’re looking for a place to lay your head for the night, this is decent value.”

“It’s a hotel, clean, is what you’d expect, nothing more.”

“The room had dog fur on the couch. The bathtub had rust in it. We requested for a late checkout and were denied. This is not heard of for an hour extension. The breakfast was not manned and the food was over. The guests were kept waiting. Overall this hotel is ok, if you can avoid it would be better.”

“Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.”

“Here are my quick thoughts. Staff was great My room door sticks to the floor so it was difficult to open (440) Not enough towels...I needed to grab towels everyday Room Service kept room neat Many homeless in the area by the door. It made it a little uncomfortable I dont agree with $15 a day for parking I didnt like the freight trains running all day and night”
