The location was lovely and the onsen and outdoor otaru baths were totally worth the trip! The buffet breakfast had a ton of options and was tasty. Overall, nice and central place in Kitami to stay. Bed was comfortable, several parking lots make it easy to park. We did have some late night partiers the first night, but I was too tired to be bothered and it wasn't reflective of the hotel. I hadn't stayed in a Dormy Inn, but I would stay in this ...
