Pros : clean and big rooms
The food is good if you like eating the same food every day :)
The onsen was clean and has 3 different pools
The beach is gorgeous for sure
The pools are amazing
The shower and tub in the room is amazing
Cons :elevators take forever! The reviews about this are true.
They only have 1 breakfast restaurant and 1 dinner restaurant.
Breakfast is 3,000 per person in yen
Dinner is 8,000 yen each.
The staff did minimal effort to help us, even when we did use Google Translate they still didn’t understand ?
There’s no ATM to withdraw money for the laundry service which is 500 yen per load.
The beach charges you for an extra chair to sit on instead of it being for free on a 4 star resort like everywhere else around the world
They only have pizza for lunch every day ! We grew tired of that
You are allowed 1 towel each at the pool, you aren’t allowed more
This hotel is not accessible to other hot spots without a personal vehicle unless you’re planning on spending 100 dollars each trip you take into town.
Our balcony had bird excrement all over
The ceiling near the vents has black mold everywhere I looked and I was curious to know if maybe all that mold went into our rooms ….
I was looking forward for this trip for so long and ended up disappointed.
