“The hotel is very clean and has amazing views. We stayed in a suite on the club wing because it comes with extra perks. When we went to the infinity pool, we were told to use a different pool because the one we were trying to use is for club guests. Then they went on to give us directions on how to leave and get to the other pool. That was before asking us our room number to verify if we could use it.
