“The facility is clean and the bathroom amenities, especially the Re-Fa & Pola brands are superb, the stay was enjoyable, however, since it seems the hotel targets mostly families and kids, the noises and disturbance from other (self-centric) guests would create a bit of street fair type environment to the otherwise fine and serene facilities of the hotel. The location is very convenience with a nice super store in the same building. Would be a good choice in Naha.”

“Had a great time when we stayed for 6 nights at the Hyatt in Naha. Staff friendly and helpful, room serviced daily with clean towels and bottles of water. Beds changed on 3rd day. Room a good size and had a view from the 9th floor, we were there when a typhoon came thru and staff helpful and informative. Loved the pool too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Okinawa.”
