“My only complaint is actually probably more with Expedia than the hotel. I booked room for four people. Two adults and two teenagers (Expedia will ask ages so I put 16/17). I didn’t think anything else of it. When I got to hotel though was informed that I should’ve booked as four adults- desk told me that policy is anyone over I believe six (might be 8 years old I can’t remember) is considered adult. “スタッフと朝食はいい。だけど、施設メンテが悪い。 部屋は雰囲気はいいが故障設備が多い。 お風呂はジェットバス故障、湯船はお湯が減る。入り口はカーテンなので湿気が増える。洗面は2つあり、好感あるが蛇口は壊れている。トイレは水漏れ、ウォレットは反応はするが出ない。切押してから1分くらいしたらピュッと出る。背中濡れた、、 スタッフがいいだけに設備が悪いのが残念、、 プールは入れない位汚いから細菌が怖い。 環境設備をしっかりしたらもっと金額高くてもいく。カヌチャ位にならないかな。”
