Words mean things. Luxury implies something out of the ordinary. There is nothing special about this place. Fewer amenities than most places like bath mats to catch all the water that escapes the shower doors because they don’t seal. Just a new, apartment style townhome that was not punched very well. Biggest disappointment was that the description did not reveal that the living room and kitchen are upstairs. I had asked the host before booking if there was a ground floor bedroom, there is. Turns out that’s all besides the laundry room and a desk area. We had to spend the whole weekend away from the luxury place we rented because my in-laws couldn’t get to the living room. I build this type of property for a living, Very disappointed to see what was hyped as a high end location to justify the price. Blackout curtains are needed to make the bedrooms dark at night due to street lights, not to mention the sun in the morning. There is an irrigation motor actress the street to the West that runs nonstop, you will hear it in the Living Room…Construction heavy equipment and their noises start at 7am to go with the sun on the East side of the home. It’s a decent new property, for people with kids and lots of energy to burn and don’t want to sleep in. Double garage was a nice feature. Check-in was easy with the coded deadlock.
