Praise and Productive Feedback
First, communication with Tim (property owner) was outstanding, from the first message and throughout my stay. Couldn't have been more responsive. The house is a decent size in a great neighborhood, and there are quite a few stores, gas stations, and places to eat located conveniently nearby. I did have a couple constructive feedback items:
1. Television(s). Only one small tv located in the family room. Not really conducive to a night of family viewing (very minor issue though)
2. New(er) microwave
3. Cleanliness of sinks and showers in the bathroom (especially master bath). We're not "OCD clean" but the Mrs did have to go in and scrub down these things down before using.
4. Overall impression of the residence was good, but because of the condition of some of the walls, it did have a feel of a house that was newly bought and under ongoing renovation.
With all that said, the price was unbeatable, the neighborhood was great/safe, and the customer service/responsiveness from Tim makes this a worthy rental.
