We (2) stayed here in late December for an OU graduation.The host was in touch with us regularly, and was very responsive prior to our stay. The place was truly immaculately clean! There is a sound bar, but you can’t connect without an audio jack. No TV. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first day and the host was responsive in finding out where the issue was (with the Internet provider) which was beyond her control. She notified us when it was fixed. Those were minor but we did take off 1 star because each night we woke up sweating even though it was cold outside in the 20s and 30s. The first two nights we *thought* we had set the the thermostat to be 68. But the third and final night we made sure that we set the thermostat to 65, and still woke up with it at 72 and sweating. That’s when we realized that the thermostat was on a preset schedule and couldn’t be edited. We discovered too late, on the final morning, that we could turn the program off, and set the temp so that it would stay at that temp. Lastly, there was only one wash rag. we asked for additional washcloths, but they never came and so we scrounged around the cleaning closet to find additional ones.Overall, it was nice stay, the apartment was extremely clean, and aside from the thermostat issue, the rest were minor things, and we would definitely come back again.
