“Overall nice. However go with your wet suit or be prepared for COLD water in the water park. I also wasn’t a fan of their parking situation either get valet or the garage for a large price or walk a good distance to and from your vehicle. We stayed recently in the “winter” months and we were woken up early by them cleaning and prepping the outdoor area for spring/summer. Not the easiest place to go to “relax” overall my kids had fun but we won’t rush back that’s for sure. ”

“Air con wasn’t working properly. I spoke with staff member at front desk who immediately came up to the room to check it out and offered to move us to another room. He could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“My room was nice. Looked as if the facility had been remodeled not to long ago. A quiet facility with safe parking , clean rooms and helpful staff. Will stay here again in the future, thanks!”

“Found 3-4 strands of hair on the bedsheet so clearly the sheet has not been changed. Water pressure in the shower was low and the room was not spacious. Will not recommend Renaissance Hotel. ”
