**POOL CLOSED FOR THE SEASON**

PETS
We allow up to 3 dogs, 50 lb each, for $90 per dog per stay.
At the moment of booking, if you add your pets, the fee for each pet is included in your reservation total.
For more than 3 dogs, a dog over 50 lb, or any other type of animal, please send us an inquiry before booking and we'll approve on a case-by-case basis.

This place is extraordinary and does require guests to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit and is allowable on Airbnb) in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

CANCELATION POLICY:
The cancelation policy, and how it will apply to your trip, will be clearly shown in the page “Confirm and Pay” prior to completing your reservation. We highly suggest you read the cancelation policy, which applies for both cancelations, and change of dates. In that same page you’ll have the option to add trip insurance, which we always recommend!
