Owner of property was a terrible person. She kept a pit Bull that barked aggressively As she through the key card at me..! I specifically asked if I could park my 26 foot box truck In the back of the property up against the fence. She agreed…..Only to call me two hours later when I was getting ready for bed screaming at me on the phone to move my truck. or she was going to have it towed. Then set an armed security guard upstairs to tell me if I didn’t move it it would be towed. Armed security guard, Pitbulls. Complete Ghetto property with horrible management.

Fatal, sábanas y toallas con manchas, sábanas con agujeros. Ascensor roto, cerradura electrónica rota tenía que abrirte el personal del hotel la habitación. Ruidoso y viejo. Vamos solo le faltaban cucarachas para tener un 10/10 de donde no ir en mi vida

Will not stay there afain
Not enough parking. Greeted with a pit pull coming out barking. Questioned why I put down one adult and one kid. Tried to charge me adult price for my kid. Pictures do not look like the place. Unknown bugs in the floor especially in bathroom. Thank goodness the sheets did look clean. Deadbolt t on the room did not lock. It was cheap, so I guess I got what I paid for. Will not stay there again. Got the nonsmoking room, but really didn’t matter, the place smelled.

The back door is not locked, everyone can come in. At night, there is a dude hanging out near the back door. Another dude waiting in the parked car. At the second floor, another dude walking/standing around the hallway. At night, something happened, and a police was called. Why would someone hanging out in a hotel hallway? I don't dare to ask him. I have feeling they're selling something. Carpet never cleaned, everything smell smoke or something worse. I checked out right away.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

The staff up front was super nice at all interactions. The location to town and surroundings was great. The hotel itself was ok, but it was infested with roaches. They were all over the bathroom and the tv and phone weren’t working.

Please don't stay at this hotel if you want to have your family or friends visit it is not allowed. Not even your closest relatives are allowed to visit. The rooms are basic but ok I killed one roach but I did not see anymore. The towels were clean the bedding was clean and smelled fresh. The flat screen tv worked very well. There was no noise so sleeping was very good. I just wanted to be honest and transparent about my stay. If u are just going to relax and be alone this is definitely a good spot. But if u want to have friends or family visit it's not for u. Oh yeah the air con was excellent.

Bed linens were stained with holes. Room was not cleaned and had to ask for clean towels for 2nd night. Had to get a new room key after 1st night because key given to me did not work. Was not given AARP discount. Window air conditioner did not work properly

Everyone of the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciated the staff so much. Also, I have to say Motel 6 is always my go-to because of their pet friendly policy. Even though many guests had pets, you didn't hear any barking or commotion. Nice stay - Thank you!

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

We reserved and paid for a jacuzzi room for 2 nights, and the first night were placed in a room where the jacuzzi was not working. We advised the desk and were told that maintenance would be called. We were later told that they were unable to be reached and we would be moved to another room in the morning. When we were moved we asked about some sort of adjustment due to the issues and were told it was not their fault and they would do nothing to make it up. Also when we moved rooms we were denied an extra blanket after asking twice, and had to argue to get extra towels, and were originally told no that we did not need them because there were 3 towels in the room, even though we had a jacuzzi and needed extra towels. When I checked out I was told they would take 10 % off due to the issues, but they did not. I was still charged the full price for 2 nights in the jacuzzi suite when we had no use of the jacuzzi for one of those nights!!

I think it's very rude that I tried to get information on how I can speak to someone about the conditions I got bit up by bed bugs and roaches crawling everywhere they act like it wasn't a problem I couldn't get my deposit back or my money and I had to get up and leave at 4:00 in the morning and I couldn't take none of my stuff with me cuz I wasn't taking it if I didn't bring it

Revolting & Shocking
I'm familiar with Motel 6 and what to expect - and some are better than others / some are worse than others - this was the worst Motel 6 I have ever encountered. Check-in went great... but the room I was given hadn't been made up. Fine, that happens. The room I got was grim from the go, but the more I looked the more I was revolted. By this time it was evening and I didn't want the hassle of hanging rooms - I was leaving at dawn anyway and I had the dog with me. Broken fixtures and fittings, leaking window with towel wedged in gap, AC with no controls because they were broken off - it was either on or off and only from the plug being in or out - a roach, various stains on the walls, gum stuck to the mirror, mold on the pillows - for real - graffiti on the chair - seriously :o - a clogged sink with things floating up from the drain - I used the tap in the bath ... and no smoke detector, just wires hanging from the ceiling where it used to be - is that even legal ??! I feared for my dog - she was sniffing everything the place was so gross, the corridors were stained and nasty too, and the location is literally right next to the off-ramp and surrounded by cement - scorching hot in the Midwest summer. I feared for my car too - there was limited parking and mostly in the back in a very isolated and sketchy looking spot backing onto a back road - I got a spot in the front and still worried, with my out-of-state plates... Well, at least now it's a funny-gross road-trip story :o

The condition of the property was awful-homeless camp next door. The luggage cart was a shopping cart from Sam's club. When we called to confirm directions to the property we were given direction to the wrong exit. I reserved an accessible room, but was told on arrival they did not have any. Not a good experience.

The lobby was ok, the pool was down, the roach infestation was terrible!! I understand maybe seeing one… I killed 6 one time in the bathroom alone! My kids didn’t want me to turn off the light because that’s when the bugs come out.. also lots and lots of traffic noise

This was a literal roach motel, killed several during the stay. The blankets were stained and had holes in them, and the bathroom towels had stains. That’s just a few of the issues and FYI this is a franchise and doesn’t have to go by Morel 6 standards. When I requested to move to a different hotel Expedia would not do it. Stay somewhere else if you can afford to. Also the pictures are not what you get in a room.

Had to be given another room because the first one was not cleaned. Neighborhood is not the greatest and worried about my car all night. Someone in the next room was threatening to kill himself all night.

RUN AWAY!
I did NOT stay! As soon as I pulled into the motel, I noticed A man in a drug induced frenzy, right outside the front door. I immediayely canceled rjw reservations! And when I was wxiting the hotel, there was another man clearly intoxicated! This is nothing more than a drug house. Not for families!

Cockroaches everywhere. Alive and dead, and in different life stages. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and tried to offer us a different room but in my experience with apartment style living, the cockroaches go through the vents from one room to another. We didn’t even stay long enough to use the restroom before we checked out. It was also hard to communicate with the young lady at the desk because they have a solid piece of plexiglass from the desk to the ceiling except a small section to pass your Information through.

Terrible. Room wasn’t available then couldn’t give a refund, front desk was rude, was given a different room and it stunk so bad we just left.

It was suppee ro he a suite with a sofa bed there was nothing in the room but a bed when we tried to walk our dogs they had their dog out and we couldnt get through to walk ourd it was a mess
