You will be staying in the complex model apartment. Close to Norman Regional Hospital. The apartment is located close to OU Campus and a short drive from many restaurants and bars. Fully furnished 2 Bedroom 1 Bath downstairs apartment for rent on OU Gameday weekends and any other occasions.
Contactless check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay.

I am here 24/7 to make your stay the most comfortable. You can count on me to be there for you.
Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Parking is available. Stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.


We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation.
Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior requests before the check-in date.

- Quiet please from 10 pm to 8 am
- No weapons on property

Currently, the Pool is open, however, we may close the pool due to weather conditions and maintenance anytime.

No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.

Confusion with check in set the tone for the trip.

I have booked several stays using VRBO and other apps. In every instance, I have received clear check in instructions in the days leading up to our trip. In this case, I didn't receive anything until two hours before checkin. The problem with that was, I was still on my flight in and didn't receive it until we landed in Oklahoma. Not too big of a deal but it made the flight slightly stressful, wondering if I was going to have to call and inquire. The next issue was a second email sent at the same time describing the property as a shared property with common areas and other guests would be staying in the same apartment with us. This was not what the listing had said. Again, I got these emails while waiting for our baggage at the airport.I responded to this, saying we were this was not what was agreed to. I got a response to ignore the first email that it wasn't meant for me. (The two emails I got were first the instructions on check in and the second that it was a shared apartment) I asked for clarification and got none. (until 3 AM the next morning) We got to the apartment and realized with was as advertised and it was not shared. The apartment itself was perfect for the two of us. The only criticism I have of the apartment is the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors moving about, cars on the street and people talking late at night as they walk past (or in our case, stand next to the bedroom window in the parking lot talking/making out)

Beds are too small for 2

Beds are tiny - not big enough for 2 and very crikey/old. Carpet is old and dirty - needs new carpet or just laminate floors with an added rug. Otherwise- it is clean and ok

Adequate housing close to campus

This is a model for the large apartment complex. It is right on a busy street so much road noise. We had to call maintenance twice, but they responded quickly. I call it adequate but not up to the standard of other VRBO rentals.
