Appartamento di design a 10 metri dal mare

Questo nuovo appartamento per vacanze dal design moderno si trova a Okrug Gornji sull'isola di Ciovo, a 3 km dalla città di Trogir. È spaziosa - 120 metri quadrati - tutte recentemente rinnovate dappertutto. Si trova a soli 10 metri dal mare e dalla spiaggia di ciottoli più vicina.

Ci sono tre unità notte: 2 camere da letto (la camera da letto principale ha il proprio bagno, angolo cottura e balcone) e ampio soggiorno. L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Ogni camera ha un letto king size, il soggiorno ha un divano letto per 2 persone.
La cucina è collegata alla sala da pranzo che ha l'ingresso su una deliziosa terrazza dalla quale si può godere della splendida vista sul porto e sulla spiaggia di Okrug Gornji. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici - forno, piano cottura, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, bollitore ... oltre a posate e bicchieri.

Le persone a Okrug sono davvero amichevoli e Okrug è un posto perfetto per una vacanza e relax. È comune per le vacanze in famiglia o per le coppie in quanto è davvero una città tranquilla. Gli ospiti che arrivano in auto lo usano raramente durante il loro soggiorno perché qui tutto è davvero utile e per evitare inutili inceppamenti è possibile prendere un taxi (a basso costo) per raggiungere il centro di Trogir.
Le spiagge di Okrug sono fatte di pietre piccole e morbide. Non ci sono spiagge sabbiose nella zona, ma comunque queste spiagge sono davvero piacevoli da posare!

Manteniamo i nostri appartamenti puliti e freschi, sempre pronti per la vostra visita in qualsiasi momento dell'anno! Non è necessario portare la biancheria da letto, la troverai nell'appartamento.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Nähe von Trogir

Es war alles perfekt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung und insbesondere die Küche waren sehr gut augestattet. Lediglich die Technik der Dusche hatte uns anfangs etwas herausgefordert. Trogir ist über einen etwas längeren Spaziergang und über einen kleinen Hügel zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir empfhelen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Relaxing atmosphere

Dragan was an exceptional host. We had an issue with our rental car and he spent the time to help us sort it out since the customer service agent did not speak English. The property has a gorgeous view from which to enjoy the seaside from their patio. The small town and beach are just minutes away. A perfect, relaxing start to our vacation!

Amazing!

We had a marvellous time in this beautiful, spacious and very well equipped apartment. It is ideally located on the beach right beside marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Anita and Dragan were the perfect hosts, very friendly, helpful and communicative. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the spacious balcony. Otrug is an excellent base from which to explore Trogir by foot and all the other historical towns and national parks. We can highly recommend the apartment and will definitely come back! Wir waren einige Tage in diesem wunderbaren Apartment und waren begeistert. Das Apartment ist groß, modern und mit bester Ausstattung eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus kann man die Bucht und die kleine Marina und abends den Sonnenuntergang in erster Reihe genießen. Zu allem, was man braucht, sind die Wege kurz. Sehr gute Ferienwohnung mit Top-Ausstattung und super Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Wasser und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Balkon lädt zu einem schönen Frühstück mit Blick auf den Hafen und Strand ein. Die beiden Gastgeber Anita und Dragan sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Beim nächsten Kroatienurlaub würden wir hier sofort wieder buchen! Absolut empfehlenswert!

SUPERB

The apartment is absolutely beautiful located in the perfect spot overlooking the beautiful bay with views to die for and just a minute or two walk to a variety of restaurants and all the lovely beach bars. My sister and I spent many hours just gazing out to sea from the balcony enjoying all the boating activities as well as the stunning sunsets. Our hosts Anita and Dragan were so helpful and kind. Best location!

We enjoyed the walkability of this area. We were able to park our car at the apartment and walk to the beach and restaurants. There’s a gelato stand that accepts credit cards a few steps from the apartment which was great after a day of water activities. Our boat tour through Tamaris Charter was even able to pick us up right on the dock in front of the apartment. The hosts were very kind providing beach chairs and assistance as requested. Our favorite thing was the terrace for dining and ocean views with morning coffee. Thank you for a welcoming family stay.

A Great Place to Stay

This property is modern, clean and had all amenities for a long term stay. We stayed 26 days. Owners are right on property which is great. We loved our stay, which included our adult chidren (second bedroom and bathroom) and grandson (pullout couch private area). Beach right in front. The best amenity we thought is the balcony. We spent so much time there mornings and evenings. Parking for our 2 rental cars was provided. A short ride (5 Euro by taxi) into Trojir. But Okrug has a great beach with restaurants, beach bars, shops and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing Stay

This apartment is fantastic as are the owners. Apartment is huge, clean, all the amenities, comfortable. Views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful. Owners go above and beyond for their guests. Croatians speak perfect English. Plenty of great restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Walk out onto the beach. Split and Trogir are a must to visit. Both have beautiful old towns. You will definitely want to return to this apartment.

We spend one week in Anita and Draganns apartment. The apartment is very good in terms of size, facilities and location. Anita and Dragan are very friendly hosts, very helpful and communicative. Perfect location

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location on the beach and right beside marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Dragan was the perfect host from the moment we arrived (to a welcome picnic with wine) to the moment we left. Excellent base from which to explore Trogir (which is amazing) and all the other historical towns along the coast. We went early in May and were very unlucky with the weather but when the sun shines it's perfect. Thank you Dragan for a wonderful holiday.

Croatian Experience

The hosts greeted us and introduced us to the apartment which was everything that had been promised. We were a family of six including two young children, parents and grandparents. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, the facilities excellent and the position, right on beach with superb views, could not be better. Just be aware that there are a number of steps to negotiate to access the apartment. It was early season but a number of local restaurants were open. Trogir is easy to reach by taxi, bus or walking (steep hills but worth it!). We would recommend this apartment for a family holiday. Croatia is great and the people who all seem to speak good English are warm and helpful!

Don’t hesitate

My friend and I have just returned from our holiday and can honestly say it is the best holiday venue we have stayed in. The apartment, hosts, location and view from the balcony will be hard to beat. We stayed on the beach in front of the apartment until the sun went down then walked 20 ft back and sat on the balcony with a drink to watch the sunset ……. It’s perfect….. quiet as no passing traffic but lots of people and boat watching. We walked to the Laganini beach club on the other side of the island …. great music, food and location. Trogir Old Town is a must and you can walk or get a ferry from the harbour. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a 30 second walk. The sea is crystal clear and there is often a lovely breeze in the afternoon. Most of all, the hosts Dragon and Anita are lovely, nothing is too much trouble, we could ask them anything and they helped us, Dragon even offered to pick us up and take us back to the airport for a small charge which made our journey so easy. Don’t hesitate to book this property, it’s spacious and better equipped than my house but you will live on the balcony watching the world go by and unforgettable sunsets …. enjoy!

A home away from home

Okrug gornji is a beautiful resort. The apartment has two good sized rooms. The master room has its own onsuite and a small side balcony with sea view. There is everything you could need for your stay. It's a very short walk to bars on the sea front and restaurants. Dragan and Anita were fantastic hosts and we hope to be back soon.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren 6 Personen in dieser Wohnung, Platz war für alle da. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet, voralem die Küche. Wir haben auch viel gekocht. Das beste war natürlich der Balkon. Die Aussicht haben wir jede Zeit genossen. Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr nette Frau und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei unseren Ankunft wurden wir mit einer Flasche Wein, Käse und Schinken begrüßt. Unser Urlaub war toll. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.
