Villa Grande Vista is located in the picturesque village of Okrug Gornji on the island of Ciovo, connected to the mainland by two bridges and easily accessible, making it an ideal holiday destination.

Villa Grande Vista is located just 250 m from the sea and the nearest beach and only 4.5 km from the historic center of the UNESCO-protected town of Trogir. Villa Grande Vista is also conveniently located close to Split Airport (9.8 km) and the city of Split (31.5 km), famous for the UNESCO-protected palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian. Many restaurants and grocery stores are also located in the surrounding area.

This comfortable and elegant apartment occupies the top floor of Villa Grande Vista and consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 modern bathroom with shower, a contemporary living room with dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room has access to a large terrace (36 m2) with sea views, ideal for having a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment, renovated in 2023, covers 65 m2 and can accommodate a total of 5 people.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV with satellite, WiFi, electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, barbecue equipment, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and barbecue grill. Okrug Gornji is divided in two main areas, which are joined at the top of a hill with the village center and the church.

The north side of the hill is a very active tourist area. it includes a 2km long pebble beach that offers a large selection of beach bars, cafes, and restaurants.

The south side, where our villa is located, is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation.The villa is 150m from a coastal trail. The trail in its south-east direction continues out of the village between the sea and pine trees that provide shade for a pleasant walk towards a beautiful pebble beach (Vela Draga 250m from the villa) and further up a small naturist beach. Beach Vela Draga is ideal for swimming and paddle boarding. It also includes a low key beach bar serving drinks as well as ice-cream for the kids. Some of its tables are directly on the beach, making them perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy lazy summer time.

The same coastal trail in its north-west direction continues for several kilometers and goes through a number of smaller beaches with a few bars and restaurants. The trail is ideal for a long walk along side the sea providing an opportunity to enjoy beautiful sights.
