“Had an awesome stay, right up in the mountains. Staff were great and even shuttled us to the train station and back whenever we needed it. Loved and it would definitely stay again. ”

“We have a family stay during a trip to Nikko. The Hotel is far, and the road have many hard curves, but it was easy to find and worth the cost. The room is big enought to 4 people, warm, comfortable beds and the breakfast was very good and complete. We rented a car, and the parking is at the road in front of the hotel, and free. ”

“急なチェックイン時間と夜ごはんの時間変更も快く了承してくださり、奥さんと旦那さんはとても感じの良い方でした。 夜ごはんはおかずの種類多くてボリュームもあり、豪華ですごく美味しかったです。朝ごはんも和食中心でおいしかったです！ 建物内に喫煙所、乾燥室、ロビー？にはコーヒー、お茶、紅茶が自由に飲めるポットと紙コップなど置いてあり飲み物に困らず過ごせました。お風呂と食堂は広くて、トイレも綺麗で、何も不備なく掃除も行き届いて清潔感がありました。 近くのスキー場に行く時はまた宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。 ”
