“The bedsheets had stain on them . I got the room changed . And then even the other room has hair on the bedsheets. The mini fridge was not working . The staff was friendly though. It’s the cleanliness part which disappointed me a lot . Even the basic amenities in the bathroom was not completely available”

“Honest review — The front desk staff was friendly. My room was clean. The location was excellent, close to town and the freeway. The third level is the best; however, on the second and first levels, you can hear all the footsteps from guests above, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I might have just had a noisy guest above me. It’s not worth the $257 a night, but it’s still a charming older hotel. I loved the beautiful lake view and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor balcony overlooking...

“Had some issues making an adjustment to original booking dates despite it saying changes or cancelations could be made up to a day before arrival. Instead of removing one of the three nights they cancelled the existing booking entirely and rebooked for 2 at a date much closer to the trip which drastically increased the cost of this stay. Room had a weird smell. About what you would expect for a lower cost hotel/motel type stay.”

“The pool shower was broken, there was a bandaid in the pool, the bathroom was really small the door nearly hits the toilet.”
